Download, serial number request and activation went smoothly enough, but I was disappointed by the range of portals from which downloads could be made it even rejected YouTube , and when I viewed the built-in Help instead of images there were meaningless image placeholders.
I find other tools like Wondershare Video Converter which has a good video downloader, and costs about the same as MovieJack and the free JDowmloader2 do a better job for me.

But what those talents might be, I've no idea: the preposterous registration process for this giveaway has left me with no inclination to devote any more time to it.
